In an exciting Sunday afternoon clash, Liverpool will travel to Wembley to face Tottenham.
Both sides were involved in Champions League action in midweek, with the Reds thrashing Slovenian side Maribor 7-0 whilst Spurs earned a respectable 1-1 draw against reigning champions Real Madrid.
Ahead of this weekend’s meeting between the two, we profile who to pick and who to drop from your Draft Fantasy Football side…
Three to pick
Danny Rose – Tottenham
The attacking left-back made his return to action for Tottenham against Real Madrid on Tuesday and could come into contention for a Premier League comeback on Sunday.
His style of bombing down the wing and producing assists, alongside his quality when shooting from distance, make him a valuable addition.
Mohamed Salah – Liverpool
Salah has been brilliant since he joined the Reds in the summer, making him one of the top scorers in Draft Fantasy Football by mid-October.
With two goals and an assist against Maribor on Wednesday after firing Egypt to the World Cup, his confidence will be sky high as he travels to Wembley.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain – Liverpool
The former Arsenal man has had a slow start to life at Anfield after struggling early on this season at the Emirates.
His last two performances have shown huge improvements though and something finally seems to have clicked to see the England international settle in to the Liverpool attack and midfield without looking out of place as he initially did.
Expect more goals and assists after his first in Liverpool colours in the Champions League in midweek.
Three to drop
Dele Alli – Tottenham
The midfielder may have scored two in his first three Premier League games this season, but he has not scored since August and has only provided one assist.
With Spurs struggling for creativity at their new home of Wembley and Alli picking up very few points of late, there may be more prolific options in midfield.
Sadio Mane – Liverpool
If you’re yet to drop the Senegal international, then remember that he is ruled out with a hamstring injury.
The latest speculation has suggested that he could return as soon as a fortnight, but there is no room for players to be earning no points in your Draft Fantasy Football side.
Ben Davies – Tottenham
A great choice in the opening weeks of the campaign, the return of Danny Rose is likely to see him lose his place in the starting eleven. It may be premature to drop him just yet, but don’t be surprised if he finds himself on the bench sooner rather than later.
