It’s safe to say last week’s picks were a mixed bag. Neto got off to a fast start, while late injuries to Aurier and Robinson ruined my defender picks. Lyle Foster’s near monster haul was dashed when a controversially disallowed goal and a last-minute red card cancelled out his first-half assist. We go again! Moving on to Gameweek 6 preparations, here are a few more low-owned gems to consider adding into your squads.

Max Kilman (WOL) DEF      Ownership: 17.8%      Next Fixture: LUT (A)

Having been burned by no-shows from my full-back picks last week, I’m sticking to tried-and-true centre-backs this week. Wolves captain Max Kilman is up first. Targeting Luton fixtures has been a profitable strategy this season, and in a difficult week to choose clean sheet points, I’m relying on the Wolves back line to produce. As much as I wanted to go with Hugo Bueno as a possible backup for low-owned favourite Rayan Ait-Nouri, Kilman still carries some goal threat and gets the nod for this week’s pick.

Joachim Andersen (FUL) DEF      Ownership: 34.3%      Next Fixture: FUL (H)

I’ve come close to selecting Andersen on a couple of occasions this season, but with a home game against a Fulham side that has been unusually quiet in front of goal, I’m going with the big Dane for the second defender place in this week’s picks. With a goal and three shots on goal already this season, as well as his passing ability, there is hope for returns at both ends of the pitch this week.

Luca Koleosho (BUR) MID     Ownership: 0%      Next Fixture: UTD (A)

Arguably one of the most exciting talents on display in Gameweek 5’s Monday night fixture vs Nottingham Forest, Koleosho sneaks into my midfield picks in spite of the away fixture to Manchester United this week. Whilst United’s shaky form this season gives promise for Burnley’s attackers, it’s the double Gameweek 7 for Vincent Kompany’s men that really earns Koleosho’s place in the picks. 4 shots and 1 assist over the last 3 Gameweeks should give some encouragement to those who take the punt on the young American Canadian Italian.

Hwang Hee-chan (WOL) MID     Ownership: 3.7%      Next Fixture: LUT (A)

Another of Wolves player to be in and out of the side, the former Salzburg attacker has steadily notched up a tally of 3 goals already this term including one last time out against Liverpool. Picking Neto last week yielded points so why not return to a Wolves attack that looks particularly adept on the break. Up against a Luton team that are surely going to need to go on the front foot at home as they seek their first points of the season.

Fabio Vieira (ARS) MID      Ownership: 0.9%      Next Fixture: TOT (H)

Originally I noted this pick down as an eye test pick, but trawling the stats I was surprised to see 3 assists to his name already. On the face of it, a London derby looks a tough fixture, but I’m backing goals at both ends and if Arteta can see past himself to pick the talented Portuguese midfielder, I can see points on the horizon for this young man. It’s worth noting that even off the bench Vieira carries threat with all 3 of his assists coming in a little over 40 minutes worth of substitute appearances.

That will do it for this week. Best of luck on the waiver wire!
