Philippe Coutinho

The Brazilian is at the heart of everything that Liverpool do in attack, and in his new number eight role where he has been playing during pre-season he really has dictated the game.

It not only gives him more opportunities to score from distance but also allows him to exploit his impressive passing range which will surely bring assists.

With an almost spotless disciplinary record and a clear first choice, Jurgen Klopp will pick the team around the Brazilian and that means almost guaranteed points for your Draft Fantasy Football side.

James Milner

A high scoring defender is always a great pick, and Milner falls into that category. Boosted by the fact that he is the club’s designated penalty taker, Milner rarely misses and is a sensible option.

Liverpool’s defence, whilst far from the best, also picks up a respectable amount of clean sheets.

He may face competition from Andrew Robertson for a starting spot this season but is still expected to start the season as first choice and is very rarely taken off before the 90 minutes are up.

Mohamed Salah

Potentially a bit of a gamble as a recent arrival, Salah has immediately struck up a clear relationship with his fellow forwards.

The Egyptian has already linked up well with the likes of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho in pre-season, scoring three goals already.

Salah will feature on the right whilst Mane moves to the left, but if the former Chelsea man can continue this form in the Premier League then he could be one of the top points earners this season.
